Valeria Card Kingdoms

Valeria Card Kingdoms by Daily Magic Games is one of the most fun games I've ever played. It's the kind of game where you can't walk away from the table because you'll miss something important! Every single roll of the dice is an opportunity for you to gain a massive pile of resources and push towards victory. When the final turn comes and scores are tallied, I've never played with a table that didn't immediately want to reset and play again. Get this game.

In Card Kingdoms, players build a tableau of cards, each with a number at the top left. On every turn, two dice are rolled, and if the results happen to be a number on a card in your tableau, that card activates, giving you currencies you can use to purchase new citizens, fight monsters, or purchase extravagant domains. Every turn, your tableau improves, giving you greater and greater possibility for ridiculous outcomes in the future.

As far as I'm concerned, this is the best version of this type of game. It will always be an option at my gaming table!
